Each year, all ratepayers who contribute into the Clean & Safe budget through the City of Portland’s Enhanced Service District program are invited to meet the new Board of Directors for 2026-2027, learn about important program and service updates, ask questions, and make personal connections to the staff and Directors who make Clean & Safe run.
