Clean & Safe is seeking qualified vendors to support the continued operation and expansion of the Downtown Lighting Program. The program runs two seasons (October 1–March 1 and March 1–October 1) and includes street tree maintenance, seasonal decor installation, and five-nights-a-week inspections and repairs. Vendors must hold a Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) License. Woman-owned and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
The full RFP includes scope of work, technical requirements, pricing format, submission instructions, and selection criteria. Proposals should not exceed 10 pages and must be emailed to Mark Wells at [email protected].
Proposals are due no later than 8:00 a.m. on March 31, 2026.
