Reports & Data

As part of our commitment to the vitality of our city’s core, the Downtown Portland Clean & Safe District conducts research to educate current and prospective businesses on downtown real estate and development activity. Reports released each year include a survey of all businesses, government entities and nonprofit agencies located in the I-5/I-405 loop; pedestrian counts in the district; the status of development/redevelopment projects in the Central City; inventory of available commercial properties and more.
