When to Call for Help
Our security officers can help with the following:
- Disorderly behavior
- Aggressive panhandling
- Public drinking
- Individuals sleeping in doorways or blocking access
- Advice on a security issue
Our cleaners can help with the following:
- Cleaning the sidewalk
- Removing graffiti on the building walls facing the street adjacent to public right of way and BELOW 8′
- Picking up needles or other biohazards
In an emergency, call 9-1-1 for crimes in progress or any immediate threat to a person or property.
Non-emergency calls to Portland Police, call 503-823-3333.
For both 9-1-1 and Portland Police non-emergency calls, please be prepared with the location, description of what’s happening and description of those involved.

Call 3-1-1 or 503-823-4000 for general City of Portland or Multnomah County information, to report non-criminal issue, and maintenance or livability service requests. Available 7 days a week, 7 a.m.- 8 p.m.
