The Downtown Retail Council (DRC) is the voice for Downtown Portland’s consumer business. Membership is open to retailers, restaurateurs, and hoteliers within the Downtown Portland Clean & Safe District.
From working to develop and conduct cooperative retail promotions to overseeing the implementation of the Downtown Retail Strategy and accessing market research that contributes to retailer success and retention, the DRC represents the collective interests of downtown retailers related to the public environment and public policy decisions.
