We’re on the hunt for passionate business owners who want to make a mark in Downtown Portland’s retail landscape by securing a prime brick-and-mortar space for an exciting eight-week period.
Our program has your back, covering space leasing, utilities, and even providing eye-catching vinyl cling exterior signage to draw in customers. To seize this opportunity, all you need is a federal tax ID, a City of Portland business license, and liability insurance.
Your unique products and dedicated staff will take center stage in this retail endeavor. While there’s no participation fee, participants are responsible for furnishing their space with display racks, shelving, and tables, along with staffing, a WIFI hotspot, and a point-of-sale system to ensure seamless transactions.
Marketing matters, and we excel at it. Our robust campaign will shine a spotlight on both the program and your business, giving you extensive reach and visibility during this bustling season.
Please note, this program is exclusively for individual businesses, excluding franchises. We’re all about championing local entrepreneurship and creating distinctive shopping experiences.
Pop-Up shops will operate from Wednesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with special hours on Christmas Eve and closures on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Christmas Day.
