Downtown Portland Clean & Safe is excited to announce a year-long series of pop-ups in the beautiful Glass Kiosk in Director Park.  This glass kiosk will be an incubator for retail businesses and we are now taking applications for retailers to use the space for several weeks or several months. We are looking to increase the diversity of business owners in the Downtown and Old Town areas and encourage minority and woman-owned businesses to apply.

This program covers:

  • Cost of leasing the space
  • Cost of utilities
  • Exterior signage
  • Use of interior tables and racks
