  • 2. Dan and Louis Oyster bar www.danandlouis.comDining

    208 SW Ankeny St. Directions

Dan & Louis Oyster Bar, well-known locally and around the world, celebrates over 100 years of serving the public its signature seafood dishes. Since Louis C. Wachsmuth opened the doors in 1907, five generations have been involved in carrying on the family tradition. A century later, and an Old Town landmark, the Wachsmuth family invites you to share a Portland favorite.

  • 3. Huber's Cafe www.hubers.comDining

    411 SW 3rd Ave. Directions

Established in 1879, Huber’s is Portland’s oldest restaurant. Specializing in a traditional turkey dinner, we like to say that "it's Thanksgiving every day at Huber's.” If you’re not up for a traditional turkey dinner, Huber’s also serves certified angus beef filet mignon, rib and New York steak, a variety of fresh seafood, entrée salads and pasta dishes. The signature drink is Spanish Coffee prepared tableside with great flair. Enjoy dining at our historic location inside the Oregon Pioneer Building, pick up box lunches or have your event catered. However you choose to experience Huber’s, you’ll be pleasantly satisfied.

  • 4. Ringler's Annex mcmenamins.com/250-ringlers-annex-homeDining

This tiniest of McMenamins' joints sulks in the basement and mezzanine of a 1917 Flat-iron-like building on a West Burnside corner. It really does look like what the staff call a French Resistance hideout. The usual delicious McMenamins microbrews are on tap ($3.75 a pint) with some bottled beer and a few wine options.

  • 5. The Roxy www.theroxydiner.comDining

    1121 SW Stark St. Directions

In the heart of the "glamour distric", Roxy has been serving "royalty" and guests since 1994.
